Acne can cause someone to be depressed and frustrated with his or her self-esteem. In this video, Kali Kushner shares with you some tips on how you can love yourself and still be confident with acne.

– Do not compare your skin or yourself with that of other people’s skin.
– Stop trying to change. Accept your skin for what it is
– Don’t find your happiness or worth in your skin.
– Be nice and gentle to your skin
– Accept/love yourself
– Don’t worry about other people’s judgments
