* You feel exhuasted and are not able to do activities
* Your stress hormones increase its level
➡ How to get adequate sleep
* Make it a routine to go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time everyday, this way, your body will get used to the sleep pattern and adapt!
* Make sure you sleep at least 7 hours (it should be quality sleep)
* Put your phone away from you
* Make sure your window blinds are down and it’s dark inside your room.
* Have power naps (should not be more than 30 minutes)
