WHITEHEADS Removal

This video shows one of the easiest ways to remove these unsightly whiteheads as would be done by an expert. However, you can do it by yourself, or with the help of a friend. Just make sure:

– Your hands are clean,
– The needle is sterile, and the right size (0.5 x 16mm) or (0.4 x 12mm).
– Use a tissue, or soft clean cotton cloth.
– The small incision is not very wide (just enough to expel the contents) (1 mm / 1.5 mm, maximum)
– Do not leave the capsule behind.
– Apply a disinfectant without alcohol.

And above all, do not force drainage with your nails without having opened a “small mouth” because this could leave you scarred for life.
