WEEKLY PREGNANCY TRANSFORMATION: 16-42 weeks

I filmed every week during my pregnancy except during the three weeks I was traveling during winter break. I wanted to share how amazing the female body is that we can grow a human inside! I remember the last weeks of pregnancy were so hard and I was getting super impatient!

Not that it matters, but in honor of transparency: I started pregnancy at 127 lbs, and at the end of my pregnancy I was 175 pounds. Immediately after giving birth, I was ~158 lbs, and a month postpartum I am 147 lbs. (I am 5’4). My baby was 8 lbs 9 oz at birth and I gave birth vaginally at 41 weeks and 3 days.

A woman’s body undergoes many transformations during the nine months of pregnancy. Some of these physical changes are visible, such as an expanding belly and weight gain, while others are well known, such as an enlarged uterus, morning sickness, and backaches.
