Update with Before and After photos, epidermoid cysts removed on neck

Many of you ask me to keep you updated on my patients, asking how they look after their surgeries.
This gentleman had 3 cysts removed via punch excision, using a 4mm punch biopsy tool, about one month ago.
This was a procedure done under local anesthesia, the cyst sac and internal contents were removed completely, and suture was used to close the small wounds made to extract the cysts. He had sutures removed in 7 days, and here are pics of him one month after the procedure. As you can see, suture lines hide well within creases of the neck.. it’s difficult to detect anything was done in the area in the first place
Epidermoid cysts (aka sebaceous cysts) are benign painless growths that can occur under the skin. It’s not medically necessary to remove these types of cysts, but to may people, they are a source of embarrassment, and many people request removal. It’s important to remove the entire cyst, including the wall of the cyst, because if any remnant is left, there is a chance of recurrence.
