Treating lip lines, and downturned lips with a hyaluronic acid filler
Here I use a hyaluronic acid (Restylane in this case) to fill this patient’s upper lip, help lift up the downturned edges of her mouth, and also minimize “smoker’s lines”.
Specifically, I use the cannula method here, avoiding multiple sticks with a sharp needle that increases risk or bruising and bleeding, and other complications. This method is also much more comfortable for the patient to experience.
A syringe of hyaluronic acid filler starts at $500.
