CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO CHANGE THE AUDIO ON THIS? I DONT KNOW WHY IT IS SO QUIET AND THEN SO STATIC-Y

1. Wash in Lukewarm Water
Hot showers and baths always feel good in the winter, but when you can, choose lukewarm water to avoid stripping as many oils away from the skin. Take fewer showers or baths too.

2. Exfoliate
Use scrubs even your skin is dry because it will brush away the dead skin cells. When skin cells do not shed, they can build up and cause acne or make your skin appear dull.

2. Moisturize Immediately Afterwards
Moisture right after you wash. Applying moisture to damp skin locks moisture into the skin.

3. Choose Moisturizers with Natural Ingredients
Go for an oil-based rather than a water-based solution, as it’s more likely to help your skin retain moisture in the winter. Some of the hydrating ingredients are lavender, chamomile, jojoba, and more, which help soothe dry, itchy skin.

4. Use Mild Cleansers
Swap harsh soap or detergent-based cleansers for more gentle cleansers. Avoid potentially irritating ingredients, like fragrance, which can further dry out the skin.

5. Protect
Wear gloves and scarves to protect skin from cold winds, rain, and snow. Also, don’t forget the sunscreen. Winter sun can be just as harmful as summer sun.
6. Drink
Drink plenty of water. It’s easy to forget to drink water when you’re not hot and sweaty, but hydration is just as important in winter as in summer. It’s good to hydrate from within. A little warm water with lemon can be very refreshing and hydrating at the same time.
7. Humidify
Consider using a humidifier in your home to keep the air moist. And if possible, use heaters less frequently.
7. Overnight Moisturize
Dryer areas like hands, feet, elbows, and knees have thin skin and tend to lose moisture faster than other areas on the body. Consider slathering on a deep moisturizing balm at night, then wear cotton gloves and socks to seal in the moisture until morning.

10. Hydrate From the Inside Out
Eating foods high in water content can help hydrate your skin from the inside out. Try watermelon, cantaloupe, apples, oranges, kiwi, and watery veggies like celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and carrots. Make sure you’re getting enough vitamin C and zinc to support the healthy production of collagen and elastin. Also consider an omega-3 supplement, or consume more fatty fish and flaxseed to give your skin the building blocks it needs to appear supple and smooth.
11. Olive oil.
You can find a soothing oil right on your kitchen shelf. Olive oil is a great natural moisturizer that can be used to soften your skin or condition your fly-away, winter-ravaged hair. Tis is very practical too. It also has anti-inflammatory properties which can soothe reddened skin and some types of outbreaks and rashes.

12. Use DIY Masks
Homemade hydrating masks can provide needed moisture in the winter months. Use natural moisturizing ingredients like honey, avocado, yogurt, olive and jojoba oils, almond oil, bananas, and aloe. Mix what you like together to create a cream or paste, and leave on skin for 10-30 minutes for lasting hydration. As simple as sugar and honey or salt and honey can make your skin healthy!
13. Shea butter.
Shea butter is a fat extracted from the nut of the shea tree found primarily in Africa where it’s long been used to treat dry, sore skin, among other purposes. Shea butter melts at skin temperature so it’s easily absorbed, and it contains vitamin A, which is beneficial in repairing parched, cracked skin. Get as pure version as possible, or one that only has natural additives such as herbs, and no artificial fragrance or coloring.
And since one of ways for keeping the skin moisturized is exfoliation to wash off the dry skin; we had developed a product that will exfoliate, moisturize and nourish your skin at the same time during the winter season.
