For medical education- NSFE. Favre-Racouchot is a skin condition that causes comedones (blackheads) especially around the eyes. In this case the comedones are due to extensive sun exposure and sun damage. Here we are extracting them using a comedone extractor source

For medical education- NSFE. Extracting comedones caused by excess sun exposure, a condition called Favre-Racouchot. These comedones can be difficult to extract and I needed to numb the areas and I also used an 11 blade to break the superficial skin surface first to extract many of them. Enjoy! source
