For medical education- NSFE. This patient wanted to repair his dilated earlobe piercings, so that’s what we did today. He, like many others, didn’t even know that this was possible, and that it is done under local anesthesia alone. So here you go! Enjoy!! source

For medical education- NSFE. Inserted a cryoshape cannula directly into center of this keloid and used liquid nitrogen to induce frostbite to the keloid treating from the inside out. It should turn black and pop off eventually and hopefully won’t come back! source
