Forgot to mention-it is easiest to remove and put in in the shower. I will say that it does get messy if you do not know what you are doing. So for first timers, I highly recommend changing it in the shower. Also-you would be surprised at how little blood you produce during the time of month. You think it’s gallons and gallons but it’s actually only 2 TBSP. lol. tmi i know.
