what I meant was, although food products become different chemicals and such, whatever you put into your body has ramifications to your body for the rest of your life. Over time, whatever you do to your body will manifest itself 10, 20 years down the line. You may not see the immediate effect tomorrow, but if you lay the healthy foundations down every day, you will definitely see these results years from now. don’t take it too literally!
