These are procedures I do in the office almost on a daily basis. Here, I am doing a shave removal of an intradermal nevus, aka mole, on this man’s left eyebrow, then extracting some milia. The skin is white/blanched beneath his right eye because I injected the area with lidocaine containing epinephrine, which causes localized vasoconstriction of small blood vessels, which decreases bleeding and bruising in the area. This blanching will resolve in a couple hours. Enjoy!
