MY ACNE STORY: HOW IT HAS AFFECTED ME EMOTINALLY, SCARRING, ETC

Hello beauties! Recently I went to a dermatologist, and on my way there, the nurse said “your face is really clear! I don’t know what you are talking about!” and for the first time in my life, I heard that my skin was clear. It was the weirdest thing to hear, because I had never heard it. It was like saying to a fat person, “you are so skinny”.I spent all my life trying to work for it, and once I was there, I said “this is it?”.

I want to let you know, even if you do ‘banish acne’ or ‘acne scars’, you yourself cannot see your face or the scars. Just because you are beautiful or skinny or have clear skin CANNOT change the perception of yourself. You, yourself have to change your perception of yourself. IT IS YOUR PERCEPTION that you have them that does all the wonders to your confidence. And I have nothing wrong with beauty products or beauty treatments helping you with that!
