Facial exercises
The idea behind facial exercises is the same as exercise for the body
It strengthens the muscles (also firming them), gets blood flowing and also can release some tension in your face and neck
• Raise your eyebrows as high as you can and hold them for five seconds.
• Open your mouth as wide as possible and stick your tongue out as far as you can and hold for a few seconds.
• Using your three center fingers, press down on your cheeks and smile as hard as you can to raise your cheek muscles against your fingers.
• Move your nose as much as you can from side to side.
• Lift your eyebrows as high as you can, open your eyes as wide as possible and frown at the same time.
• Pucker your lips out as far as possible into the shape of an “O.” Then change your expression into a wide smile. Repeat several times.
• Sit in a comfortable chair and look up at the ceiling. Pucker your lips and stick your tongue out as far as possible to exercise your neck muscles.
Look to your right side, while keeping your face pointing forward. Hold for 5 seconds. Move your eyes to your left side for 5 seconds.
• Look up for 5 seconds. Look down for 5 seconds. Look diagonally for 5 seconds in each direction. Now, turn your head to the left and look in corresponding directions. Repeat exercise 2 to 10 times for both sides.
• This eye workout can reduce drooping eyelids and it can also refresh your eyes if you work on a computer or watch television for long periods of time. You can also do this exercise with your eyes closed.

For horixontal forehead lines
Place both hands on the forehead facing inwards and spread your fingers out between your eyebrows and hairline
Sweep the fingers outward to tighten the skin
Repeat 10 times

To tone your chin muscles and get rid of double chins
Move your lower lip over your upper lip and try to bring your lower lip up to your nose
Hold or 15 seconds and repeat 10 times daily
