Lipoma on the scalp excised

Initially, I thought this might be a pilar cyst, but once I began the excision, it was obvious there was only fat (adipose cells) in the area. I suspect this is a traumatic lipoma because it was not well encapsulated. I have sent the tissue for pathology, and it has been confirmed that this was a benign lipoma.
