Juicing for Acne (How I Cleared my Acne in FOUR Days!)

Hey Fam! I’m so excited to share with you my 30-day celery juicing experience! It’s working really well for me and I hope it will for you too!

Looking for something to clear my skin, I started juicing about a month ago. I remember my mom telling me that my uncle turned orange once from drinking nothing but carrot juice, so I wasn’t going to go juicing just anything. I knew I had to do my research.

Juicing is one good way for you to incorporate greens or fruits into your diet. One glass of juice a day makes all the difference as your body absorbs all those good nutrients and will ultimately make you feel good overall. Your skin will thank you for it!

That’s when I came across celery juice. It’s an ingredient that we rarely use except in the occasional soup, celery actually has huge health benefits with skin healing powers being towards the top.

Ultimately I noticed:

– Improved skin conditions
– Better digestion
– Better sleep
– Fewer aches/pains (headaches specifically)
– Better workouts!
– Improved vision
– Better mood!
– Less body inflammation/pain after workouts!
