I WANTED TO QUIT: I Can’t be CEO Anymore!!!

Hi, Perfect Beauties! I’ll be sharing with you today a video that honestly was a bit a hard for me to do but I believe that this is why I started Banish and the mission and values of the company so I really want to share this with you guys!

I may come off as confident on my videos or in person but like everyone else, I have my self-doubt.

One major example of this is thinking I’m not good enough to be my company’s CEO.

To grow my business, I joined CEO roundtable discussions, it’s a great way to share my tips with others and learn from them as well.

On the first day, I entered the room and I was instantly taken to my childhood insecurity: not looking like everyone else, feeling isolated. I’m the only woman in the room, the only noncaucasian person and I’m the only one under 40.

For a while, I thought to myself that I may not be good enough or I don’t deserve to be there.
