HOW TO LIGHTEN DARK UNDERARMS AT HOME

Some people may find dark underarms embarrassing especially during spring break or summer or any time you need to wear a tank top, a sleeveless shirt or a sexy swimsuit. Ideally, the underarm skin should have the same shade as the rest of your body skin. However, this is not always the case for some people.

CAUSES OF DARK UNDERARMS

– chemicals
– repeated use or removal creams, deodorants and antiperspirants
– dead skin build up or hyperpigmentation
– health conditions such as diabetes
– endocrine disorders like hyperthyroidism
– pituitary gland disorders

8 WAYS TO LIGHTEN DARK UNDERARMS

1. Place potato slices under your arms
2. Use lemon juice (not for sensitive skin)
3. Remove hair by waxing
4. Exfoliate with brown sugar and lemon scrub
5. Use a Papaya scrub
6. Use Cucumber slices
7. Use baking soda
8. Use orange peels
