How to Get Rid of Forehead Bumps

This video is a step-by-step tutorial or do’s and dont’s on how to get rid of forehead bumps. In this video, Liz gave tips on how you can get rid of those bumps.

What Liz uses/does to get rid of forehead bumps:

* antibiotics
* turmeric with honey
* smashed banana
* lemon juice with baking soda? (not recommended for those with sensitive skin may be a bit harsh)

Tip 1: Cleanse Your Face Twice A Day

– find a gentle cleanser (your cleanser should be gentle)
– some soaps destroy the outer mantle of your skin

Tip 2: Wash Your Face And Body After Working Out

– Do not let the oil, dirt or grime get stuck in your face and body.
– Bring baby wipes to wipe off any oil, dirt or grime.

Tip 3: Always Wash Your Hands

– Wash your hands always before touching anything
– Your hands are the most gross among any body parts

Tip 4: Keep Hair Out Of Your Face

– Wear headband to keep hair out of your face.

Tip 5: Exfoliate Your Skin

– There are two types or methods of exfoliation: physical and chemical
* Be careful when you physically exfoliate!
* Chemical exfoliation is the best

Tip 6: Use Topical Treatments

– Liz highly recommends using 2.5% benzoyl peroxide (but not people whose skin highly reacts)
– People/you may experience redness, flakiness or even itchiness at night.

Tip 7: Keep Your Skin Hydrated

– The more hydrated you are, the less you skin produces oil

Tip 8: Eat A Balanced Diet

– Drink plenty of water and keep a healthy diet
– What you eat is what you are
– It’s important to take care of your body by eating healthy
