Hey guys, I wanted to let you know that having healthy skin is really about regulating your hormones and keeping a healthy life! It’s best to avoid scarring when possible 🙂 I know it’s not always possible, as I continue to get scarring since I get 3-4 cystic postules during that time of month 🙁 However, this video is how I keep my skin clear! Hormonal acne sucks! What I’ve been using are products that help rejuvenate my skin, not simply dry it out. Try to use products such as Retin A or retinol to help flake off those dead skin cells. Remember when those dead skin cells+sebum+bacteria form, it causes acne which is no good!
