HEALTHY VEGAN LUNCH SNACK IDEAS IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES

5 EASY VEGAN SNACKS

1. banana rice cakes
spread nut butter onto a rice cake, top with sliced banana, drizzle on some agave, and if you
wanna get really fancy, sprinkle on some chia seeds, flax seeds, or chocolate chips.

2. “sushi”

Pile some brown rice or quinoa onto seaweed lengthwise. Then stack on some thinly sliced
avocado, carrot, and cucumber. Roll it up tightly and cut into bite sized pieces. Instead of using
regular soy sauce with your sushi, try using Braggs liquid aminos, because its really tasty and a
lot healthier.

3. Banana ice cream

Peel and cut some bananas, then put them in the freezer. Once theyre completely solid, toss

them in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. At this point you can eat it as is or

add other ingredients like vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter, nuts – anything.

4. Avocado tomato toast

Mash some avocado onto a piece of toast (sourdough is good) and top with tomato, lemon salt

and pepper. By the way, not all breads are made with dairy products, check the labels!

5. Protein bites

Mix together equal parts protein powder and nut butter. You can also add a bit of agave, dried

fruit, nuts, oats, coconut, chocolate, pretty much anything, or you can chop up some add-ins

and roll the bites in them to create a coating after you’ve formed them into bite sized balls.
