Extractions on “Smiley” treating Maturation Arrest Acne

Hope all is well with each of you. Thank you for watching this video. Our client “Smiley” has very clogged pores and I am having to do a lot of extractions as you will see on this video. One thing you will notice is that not all the pores are completely extracted the reason for that is that I am having to work through layers of build up of dead cells, oils plus other debris located at the base of the hair follicles to be able expel these plugs. As she uses her home care system the layers will dissolve making extractions much easier. My goal is to gradually extract and not cause trauma to the skin which may develop into PIH. This video is more of a teaching video on how the process of treating Maturation Arrest Acne.
