DIY: Create own makeup setting spray fix plus toner

Create your own Fix Plus Dupe! These spray bottle cost me less than a dollar to make and works really well. Plus your face smells amazing 🙂

Ingredients:
1/2 water

I’m not sure if you can use other toners, because a lot of other toners have ALCOHOL, which may dry out your skin.
