Cyst excision on the neck

This is an epidermoid cyst on the neck, behind the left ear, that I excised this day. This cyst was fragmented, which I suspect is probably because it has been inflamed before. These are the type that have the highest chance of reoccurrence, since portions of the cyst sac wall may still remain, and can trigger regrowth of a partial or whole cyst.
