In this video, Daisy explains why, how and what you should not do when cleaning your private parts.

Why You Should Clean

– Your private area is exposed to more bacteria either from using the restroom or engaging in something else.
– Your body might not fight the bacteria off and you could end up getting infection.

How To Clean

– Wash around from the outside of the private area (with warm water and soap – plain, gentle and fragrance free)
– Try not to use your nails when cleaning as it could cause irritation
– Only wash around outside part of your vagina
– Try using baby wipes (Always wipe front to back and not back to front)

What To Avoid When Cleaning

– Don’t douche or use any feminine hygiene sprays (these could cause irritations).
– Don’t rub the area or put a lot of pressure as it will make your private area prone to infection
