Blackheads / Solar Comedones extracted again, 6 months later

This gentleman and his wife are long-standing patients of mine. They are a lovely couple who always come in to see me together, but he has more “skin issues” than she, as he has a lighter complexion and spent more time in the sun as a youngster. He has many blackheads and whiteheads, and milia, which I extract today. He still has great ones, but we did an extraction about 3-4 months ago as well, so it’s interesting to see the improvement and changes if you watch the first video as well
