Blackhead Extractions in a Wonderful Patient !

This is a patient of mine who has blackheads and whiteheads that were extracted during her regular skin cancer check up with me. She is a wonderful patient, who was so kind to allow me to videotape her extractions.
As you know, blackheads and whiteheads are also known as open and closed comedones. A schaumburg-type comedone extractor is used to remove these comedones, and sometimes an 11-blade is used as well to pierce the superficial skin.
