Recently inflamed cyst on the back, excised

This patient has a small, recently inflamed cyst, that we excised per her request today. It bothers her, and she always asks her husband to squeeze it. The reason I believe it was recently inflamed is because the internal contents are liquefied, and there is no presence of an intact epidermoid sac.
Therefore, I just try to remove as much of the internal contents as I can, and hopefully, the cyst won’t recur.
