Checking yourself in the mirror first thing in the morning can get you depressed especially when you have acne.

Tip #2 : Do Not Get Too Close To The Mirror
Criticizing your skin in the mirror is not going to change anything

Tip #3 : Divert Your Attention
Try thinking about something else like your hobby or favorite thing to do. Change the way you’re thinking about it.

Tip #4: Stop Comparing Yourself To Others
We are all different and unique in some ways and we have our own different acne journey. Do not compare yourself with other people. Comparing ourselves or our skin with other people’s skin robs us of the joy and confidence.

Tip# 5: Stop Googling Things About Your Skin
The more you google about it, the more you’ll obsess over it.

Tip #6: Give Your Skincare Routine A Time To Work.
Be patient. Results may vary from skin to skin. It doesn’t happen overnight.
