BLOODSTAINED CUPCAKES:
For the cupcake and cake pops you will need; cake mix, frosting, milk chocolate, and white chocolate.
Follow the directions of your favorite cupcake recipe, or use a mix.
You can use any flavor of cupcake and frosting.
I recommend using a bowl.
Line and fill a cupcake tin. I set my timer for 12 minutes, but they needed another 5.
Let your cupcakes cool.
Microwave your chocolate for about 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Be careful not to burn it.
Fill a piping bag with the melted chocolate and pipe small knives to top your cupcakes with.
Set aside in a cool place to set, or if you need them right away, set them in the fridge for a couple of minutes.
Frost cool cupcakes.
Thin out some frosting with water and add red food coloring.
Drizzle over frosted cupcakes, and top with a chocolate knife.
MUMMY CAKE POPS
You can use the same cake for the cake pop.
Crumble cake with your hands.
Add frosting. How much frosting you should add depends on how moist your cake is and how much cake you have. Your cake balls should be moist enough to hold their shape without crumbling.
Shape cake into balls.
Put them in the fridge to firm up.
Melt white chocolate in the microwave, again being careful not to burn it.
Thin out chocolate with a couple teaspoons of a mild flavored cooking oil, like canola.
Dip your cake balls in the chocolate and let harden.
Dip a lollipop stick in the chocolate, and then stick on a cake ball.
Dip the cake ball in chocolate again, swiping the backside of a spoon along it to create texture as the chocolate hardens.
Pipe two dots for eyes with the chocolate used earlier for the knives.
GRAVEYARD BARK
Break up oreo cookies and place them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. You could also use pretzels.
Pour the rest of your melted milk chocolate on the Oreos.
Top with more broken Oreos and candy corn. You could use any combination of candy.
PUMPKIN RICE CRISPIES
Pour a 10 oz bag of marshmallows into a medium-sized pot.
You can substitute the butter usually used in rice krispy treats with 3 tablespoons of olive oil for a healthier alternative.
Stir over medium heat.
Add red and yellow food coloring until you reach a shade of orange.
Fold in 7 cups of rice cereal, being careful not to crush the cereal as you mix it in.
When the mixture is thoroughly combined and cool enough to handle, tear off pieces and shape them into balls.
Mix green food coloring into melted white chocolate, and dip the large end of a piece of candy corn into the chocolate.
When the chocolate is hardened, stick the candy corn into the top of a rice crispy treat ball, creating the stem of a pumpkin.
RIP GRAVEYARD TOMBS
Follow the directions of a brownie recipe or mix.
When your brownies are cooled, cut them into rectangles.
Pipe RIP onto a Milano cookie.
Cut the bottom off of the cookie so that it fits in the brownie.
I found that the cookie fits better when I made a slit in the brownie.
Crush the cookie part of an oreo and sprinkle it around the gravestone to look like dirt.
