No girl wants having any hairs showing when wearing swimwear during summer time. In this video, we will be sharing 3 ways on how to get rid of any ingrown/body hairs (especially on your private part)

*Shaving – the easiest way; the hair grows back quickly and it gets itchy (esp. when you get a stubble). Make sure to shave after a shower or bath. Use a shaving cream before doing this. Shaving is convenient and doesn’t give a lot of ingrown hairs compared to waxing.

Reminder: Use a mirror when shaving so that you don’t cut yourself. Do not shave on dry skin.

*Waxing – a very painful process of taking out the hairs. Waxing takes 2 to 3 weeks before regrowth. Hair grows back finer. Waxing lasts longer than shaving.

Bikini vs. Brazilian wax

– Bikini wax is removing just the hair on/along the sides or between the legs whereas the Brazilian wax removes all the hairs.
– Take necessary precautions to make sure you’re not getting ingrown hairs. Waxing can be very expensive and the worst. Waxing usually costs about $50 to $60.

*Laser/Lasering – probably more painful than waxing but it’s worth it. In this process, the hairs grow slowly. Destroys the melanin and the hair follicle, making the hair follicle die.

– Most of the time, this only works for those with light skin complexion and dark hair
– Doesn’t work for those with light hair and light skin complexion/dark hair or light hair and dark skin complexion.
– Usually costs about $1500 to $2000 per session/treatment
– Check reviews or ask a trusted adult on their experience in lasering.
– Laser/lasering usually gets rid of all the hair.
