10. Say no to things that don’t give you good energy
11. Watch out for brands selling you an images where you need to change yourself
12. Be careful of companies imposing conditions to get results
13. Invest and schedule time with your loved ones
14. Money spent on experiences is worth it
15. Have a bunch of black yoga pants
16. Camisoles are life savers
17. People who are hard to deal with are really worth it
18. Luxury items are usually not worth it
19. Get rid of sugary drinks asap
20. Embrace your age
21. Double check emails and sms before sending
22. Think before you speak in anger
23. Drink lots of water
24. Things in life take longer than you expect them to be
25. Things always cost more than you think it will
26. Value character and personality more
27. Persistent consistency breeds success
28. It’s always worth showering
29. Appreciate people in your life
