Wear Socks to Bed.
Keeping your feet at a comfortable temperature will make it easier to fall and stay asleep.

Stay away from electronics.
The light from your computer, phone and TV screens have been proven to disrupt sleep patterns. Try giving yourself an hour of device-free time before sleep.

Dunk your face in ice water.
It seems counter intuitive, but submerging your face in cold water for 30 seconds will lower your heart rate and blood pressure, essentially calming your down for sleep.
